PAS Sponsored and Olympic Gold Medalist, Mark Lewis-Francis (Birchfield) ran his fastest 60m since 2004 when winning R1 in 6.59. Mark who recently joined the PAS Team raved about the Phase 1 Pre Event Energiser he took before the race.
The 26 year-old sprinter missed the whole of the summer because of an Achilles tendon injury and last week was among at least 10 athletes dropped from the top levels of lottery funding.
Now funded on a reduced level as part of the country''s squad of relay runners, Lewis-Francis has parted company with his former coach, Tony Lester, and has joined the PAS team in the hope that he can recapture the form he showed as a youngster, when he won the world junior 100m title in 2000.
