Athlete Warning

It has come to our attention that there are currently a number of supplements available that contain prohibited substances or could result in a positive drug test due to being chemically similar in structure.
The ingredients to check for are Methylhexaneamine and beta-methylphenethylamine.
Methylhexaneamine hs been added to the banned list for 2010 and has been implicated in at least 5 postive drug tests over the last year, it is most likely to be found in thermogenic fat burning products.
At the end of the season some athletes turn to these products to get lean over the summer break, as athlete safety is our main concern we would strongly advise all drug tested athletes to stay away from such products, there is evidence to suggest that this banned ingredient is even being added by some companies and not listed on the ingredients list. It is not worth the risk. Only use batch screened supplements and avoid products you are unsure of.
Beta-methylphenethylamine is also found in fat loss products but I have also seen it in some American pre-workout products, check the labels, its too late once you get tested.
